My E-Prop arrived in record time and the fact that you contacted Simonini to confirm the pitch, ratio etc. really showed me that you take service to the next level. Sonny provided the best customer service with my order. He answered all of my questions quickly and helped me find the right wing for my setup. He didn't try to upsale me on more expensive items and kept me posted on the order status until it was delivered. I would definitely recommend them for any paramotor equipment purchase.
